With the combined efforts of the Houaphan Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Office, Sumnuen District Development Organization, and the Kaona Sathapath Company, the Lao Cherry Blossom Tree Project Located in Houaphan-Kouangning National Park, Lao Houng Garden, Culture and Keo Halls has been realised.
